This “Collectable” S&W Performance Center 4006 Stainless “Shorty Forty” Distributed by Lew Horton with an initial production of 500 (This is #2) in 1992, 1993 & 1995 at MSR of 1,500. The Shorty Forty features: .40S&W, 3.5\” Barrel, DA/SA, spherical bushing, bobbed hammer, Beveled Trigger, NoVak Low Mount carry sights, Frame stamped with Performance Center Logo on the right side of the matte silver alloy frame. After the first 500 sold out so well, the order was extended to 1,583. The post-500 release has a blued trigger and hammer. Includes 1 – 9 rnd magazine. It shows signs of use but not abuse!
