The H&R M12 was made as a marksmanship training rifle to fulfill military requirements for training rifles as stocks of Remington 40X and Winchester Model 52 rifles diminished. With many of the same features including inlet accessory rail, globe front sight and aperture rear, and Unertal scope mounts on the barrel. Many of these M12s were made available to the Director of Civilian Marksmanship (DCM) clubs which later became the CMP. This 13lb rifle is Marked U.S. over its serial number in the CMP shipping box with manual and CMP invoice. In Very Nice Condition. Please see photos.
