Manufactured in 1979 as per serial number. The BL-22 is perfect for both new and seasoned shooters. Newbies will appreciate features like confidence-building accuracy, a short 33� lever throw for fast cycling and a trigger that travels with the lever to prevent finger pinch. he scroll engraved receiver, checkered walnut stock and the added touch of a classic Browning gold-colored trigger also set it apart. There are other lever-action 22 rimfire rifles available, but no other has the features, reliability, quality, and accuracy. Blued receiver finish, Receiver grooved for scope mounts, Blued barrel finish, Recessed crown, Lever-action, Short 33� lever throw (your fingers never leave the loop,Trigger stays with the trigger guard/lever eliminating finger pinch, 6-round tubular magazine, Straight grip, Adjustable sights.
