Manufactured in 1943 as per serial number. This Smith & Wesson Victory Model is a rugged, 6 shot, double-action .38 caliber revolver. Built on S&W�s K-frame, these revolvers feature a non-reflective Parkerized finish, smooth walnut grips, and a standard 5� barrel. They were primarily issued to U.S. Navy and Marine Corps flight crews, as well as British Commonwealth forces through the Lend-Lease program. Stamped United States Property on the top frame strap, parkerized finish, smooth walnut grips, and a lanyard loop. Flaming bomb, �NB� and �P� on bottom of grip frame. Please see photos. C&R
