It belongs to the broader Model 183 family, which was produced from 1947 to 1986. The “K” in the model name signifies the inclusion of a factory user-adjustable C-Lect-Choke system, while the “E” indicates a specific internal design subseries revision. In its original patina, it has a walnut smooth stock and a OEC 4×40 (needs to be changed out) scope mounted with 1� rings. There is surface rust on the the barrel and action.
