Winchester Model 1897 E-Series pump-action shotgun chambered in the classic 12-gauge configuration. Bearing serial number 541098, official Winchester Repeating Arms production archives establish that this legendary smoothbore was manufactured in 1913. The letter "E" stamped above the serial number on the bottom of the frame identifies this as a highly desirable, late-production E-Series variant. The shotgun remains in good condition.
