Manufactured in 1980 as per serial number. This Model 686 stainless with a 4� full lug barrel is a legendary, medium-large L-frame double-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum. Known as the Distinguished Combat Magnum Stainless, the initial 1980 release is highly prized by collectors as the original “No-Dash” base model. It has a 6 shot fluted cylinder, red front ramp and adjustable rear sights, forged flash hard chromed trigger and hammer, floating firing pin, and factory checkered walnut grips. Includes a factory case. Has some signs of normal use. Please see photos.
