I. Low-Temperature Operation
Pre-start Check: Before starting, ensure that the water in the tank and the high-pressure pump is not frozen.
Choke Adjustment: When starting the machine in low temperatures, keep the choke closed. Once the engine has been running for about one minute (or roughly 20–30 seconds depending on the engine's response), you must open the choke.
II. Winter Maintenance & Fuel
Freeze Prevention: Be vigilant about water levels; excess water in the tank or residual water in the high-pressure pump can freeze and cause the components to crack.
Fuel Requirements: Use high-grade fuel to prevent freezing. For heating or combustion, use diesel rated for -20°C or lower, depending on your local ambient temperature.
III. Storage Advice
Environment: It is not recommended to store the high-pressure cleaner in environments below 0°C, as residual water in the pump is highly susceptible to freezing.
Insulation: If the unit must be stored in sub-zero conditions, cover it thoroughly with thermal blankets or heavy padding to retain warmth.
