1965 Lincoln Continental Restomod

This 1965 Lincoln Continental was built as if it were to roll off the factory floor in 2014. Built with luxury and modern reliability as the top priority, the car underwent an exhaustive, rotisserie, nut-and-bolt restoration. All rust and metal work was meticulously completed, sandblasted, epoxied, and finished with protective bedliner underneath. The rest of the car was converted to modern running gear—with roughly 85% of mechanical components easily sourced at any Ford dealership.

Drivetrain & Chassis: Under the hood sits a modern 430 HP 5.0L Coyote V8 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, delivering effortless performance while returning an impressive 22 MPG. Cooling is handled by a brand-new radiator, A/C condenser, and electric fan assembly. The front suspension and steering have been fully rebuilt, and the front disc brakes were upgraded and integrated with a modern ABS system. Out back, a 2014 Ford 8.8 rear axle handles the power. The original hydraulic windshield wiper assembly has also been converted to an electric motor setup.

Interior & Modern Amenities: The cabin features extensive sound and heat insulation lined beneath soft Italian leather upholstery with suede center inserts. Modern convenience is everywhere: a redesigned dash with center console, premium sound system with steering wheel controls, touchscreen navigation, and Bluetooth connectivity.
