This 1962 Ford Galaxie 2-Door Convertible Restomod combines classic Ford styling with modern performance, handling, and comfort. Powered by a 5.0L Coyote V8 paired with a 4R70W automatic transmission and controller pack, this Galaxie delivers modern drivability while retaining its timeless character.
The chassis has been extensively upgraded with all-new front suspension, adjustable QA1 coil-over shocks, and electronic rack-and-pinion steering, providing modern handling and improved steering response. Braking is handled by 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, while the rear features a Ford 9-inch differential with a new gear set and adjustable rear competition shocks. Brand-new 18” American Racing Vintage 510 wheels are wrapped in new tires.
Inside, the car features a completely new interior, heated front bucket seats with console, Dakota Digital VHX gauges, and a billet tilt steering column. The power convertible top is complemented by all-new weather stripping and seals.
