The new process will consist of the following components:
– Registration with a credit card required
– Payment deadlines
– Pick up deadlines
We now require everybody to register with a credit card (as with any other auction).
Payments may be made with your preferred payment method until Monday June. 29th On Tuesday June. 30th. we will process any unpaid invoices to your credit card on file. If your credit card fails to go through, we will email you to provide a payment by Friday July 3rd. Failure to provide payment will result in your items being deleted, your account being blocked from Rightside Auctions Edmonton and your score with HiBid will be negatively affected.
Pickups are to be completed as normal within 7 days. We will grant extra time up to July. 6th to collect your items. On July. 7th if you have not contacted us previously and advised you require more time to collect, we will consider your items to be abandoned and will be resold in the auction to cover storage fees. You will not be refunded for any portion of your invoice.
