IMPORTANT NOTE #1: The auger that is attached to the bin that goes to the building is included, however it is the buyer's responsibility to remove it from the building.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2: The Seller will have the power to the bin disconnected upon completion of the auction.
IMPORTANT NOTE #3: Bin removal date is anytime up to July 31, 2026. Please notify Seller at (403) 741-6025, with a date and approximate time that the bin mover will be removing bin.
IMPORTANT NOTE #4: The closing times of Lots #48 & #49 are tied together. If a bid is received within the last 2 minutes of the item closing time, then a 2 minute bid extension will be applied to both lots. Once the time closes the high bidder on each lot will be the purchaser.
