Hi my name is Landon MacKenzie, I’m an intermediate member with the T&M 4-H Club. This is my first year with a market steer. Marvin is a Simmental X Limo and has been a really good steer to work with this year. I am feeding him supplement with barley that we grow and roll on farm. The biggest thing that I learned this year is how to halter break a steer, but Marvin is a nice one to start with. I think Marvin will finish around 1500 lbs.
