Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility, unless otherwise stated in the state lien law. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. The amount of the winning bid must be paid in CASH at the facility, along with any tax or cleaning deposit due. A cleaning deposit may be charged and returned once the unit is inspected following cleanout. The winning bidder holds all responsibility for securing unit contents during cleanout. Goods left overnight must be secured with winner's lock. In the event of an incomplete cleanout, facility will remove winner's lock and winner will forfeit remaining goods and cleaning deposit. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
