ONLINE BIDDING ONLY will begin to close on Monday, May 10th, 2021 at 7 PM. * Deadline to consign: Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at 4 PM. * Pick up: Tuesday, May 11th - Friday, May 14th, 2021 between 9 AM - 3 PM. Internet Bidder Terms: 10% Buyer's Premium. Certified funds (including cashier's check) must be received by our office no later than Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at 4 PM, CDT. If a credit card is the preferred form of payment, the Internet Winner's card will be charged for the purchase (in its entirety) on auction day. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Registered Internet Bidders will be required to place their credit card number for pre-approval with the auction company. Unless prior payment arrangements are made through the financial office of Fowler Auction, all successful bids will be charged to the submitted credit card no later than Tuesday, May 11th, at 4 PM. A note to Consignors: Titles are required to sell vehicles & most trailers. Titles MUST be presented with vehicle at check-in. Item will be removed from the auction if the title is not in our office 48 hours prior to auction start time. Consignors: Any item sold under $100.00 will automatically be sold Absolute. If you wish to have a reserve price, you must ensure the Auction Manager has the reserve price(s) by end of business day Friday, May 7th; otherwise, the item(s) will be sold absolute. All sales are subject to Alabama sales tax, unless you have a sales tax exemption number. A sales tax certificate MUST be presented day of sale or before payment is received. Vehicle titles will be processed and mailed to Buyers after auction. Checks must be from the individual or company as registered. ALL PURCHASED VEHICLES WILL INCUR A VEHICLE PROCESSING FEE (INCLUDING DEALERS). ALABAMA RESIDENTS WILL INCUR a $41.50 FOR TITLE APPLICATION & PROCESSING FEE. ALL OTHER STATES & DEALERS WILL INCUR A $25.00 VEHICLE PROCESSING FEE. NOTE TO DEALERS: Fowler Auction MUST have a copy of your dealer's license before the payment process is completed. Faxed and email copies are acceptable. SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Fowler Auction reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR FOWLER AUCTION & REAL ESTATE SERVICE, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. This will be an ONLINE ONLY auction.

* This online auction features an auto bid extend.  When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame.   

* Lots will close in groups of 10 every 3 minutes.  Lots that extend will continue to remain open until there has been no bidding within a 3 minute time frame.

* Our consignment yard will be open for viewing daily between 9 AM - 4 PM

* Pick up:  Tuesday, May 11th - Friday, May 14th, 2021.

All items will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS so we strongly encourage all bidders to inspect/ask questions regarding all potential purchases.
