Closes Thursday, November 4th, 2021; Real Estate closes at 7 PM and Personal property closes at 8 PM Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the total bid price to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of the auction's closing. The remaining balance shall be paid on or before 30 days from auction date. All closing and settlement fees, including but not limited to surveys, inspections, reports, title insurance, any/all ad valorem taxes due are the Buyer's sole responsibility. Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium and 5.5% sales tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before any purchases may be removed from premises. Acceptable payment methods: cash, checks (payable to Fowler Auction and credit cards. Real property will be conveyed by deed description. If for any reason the Buyer fails to make full payment in accordance with the terms above, the Buyer will be liable for the unpaid balance still due and owing, plus interest in the amount of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the auction date and reasonable attorney fees and expenses for collection as a result of said default.
