In service for 6 Years, taken out of service Aug. 2025. This item is located in a parking garage (7′ clearance) in Rosemount, MN. The buyer is responsible for hiring a qualified HVAC/Electrician to remove. In addition, repairing a hole in concrete where the copper pipe runs through to the outside.
