My name is Everlea and I am a third year junior with the Freedom Naples 4-H Multi Club. This year my steer is named Noodle, and he is a homegrown Simmental Angus cross from my family’s herd. Noodle has always been a calm and quiet guy, who likes being scratched on his back and tail. He has grown steadily this year, and while he isn’t a giant animal, he will hopefully yield a nice, lean but well-marbled carcass after Achievement Day.
