1. “As-Is, Where-Is” Notice
All equipment is sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding functionality or safety. We strongly advise all bidders to attend the scheduled preview or call to schedule a private appointment before placing a bid. Failure to inspect the equipment does not relieve the buyer of their responsibility to fulfill the purchase.
2. Buyer Disconnection Responsibilities
The buyer is solely responsible for the safe and professional disconnection of all purchased assets. This includes, but is not limited to:
Electrical: Proper capping and safety of electrical lines.
Gas: Safe disconnection and sealing of gas lines.
Fire Suppression: Disarming and removal of any connected fire suppression (Ansul) systems.
3. Removal & Loading Logistics
Loading & Equipment Schedule
Machinery Availability: A skid steer will be available for loading assistance at both locations, but only on Friday, April 17, 2026, during the designated pickup hours.
750 Location Requirement: For items located at 750 East Grand Ave, bidders must move their items out to the parking lot before the skid steer can provide loading assistance.
Skid Steer will only be available on Friday from 11 am to 5:00 pm
General Loading: Please bring your own labor, packing materials, and tools. Joe Ollis Auction staff may not be available to assist with manual heavy lifting.
Note: Please plan equipment dollies and manpower accordingly.
4. Pickup Schedule & Deadlines
All items must be removed within the following timeframes:
Scheduled Pickup Day: [April 17th 2026 11:00am to 5:30pm].
By Appointment: Removal may be scheduled by appointment only within two weeks of the auction’s end.
Forfeiture: Any items not removed within 14 days will be considered abandoned and may be subject to resale or disposal fees.
