Important Auction Notice: Pickup & Locations
Please read the following information carefully regarding item locations and the checkout process for this auction.
Item Locations
Items are stored at two separate locations based on lot numbers. Please check your winning bid invoices carefully:
Lots 2 – 254 & Lots 504 – 571: Located at 750 East Grand Ave, Carbondale, IL
Lots 255 – 503: Located at 250 Kelly Rae Lane, Carbondale, IL
Mandatory Checkout & Pickup
Date: Friday, April 17, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Check-In Required: All winning bidders must first check-in at the 750 East Grand Ave location to settle invoices before proceeding to pick up items at either location.
Auction Terms & Conditions
Liability: Joe Ollis Auction is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to items left after the designated pickup window.
Loading & Equipment Schedule
Machinery Availability: A skid steer will be available for loading assistance at both locations, but only on Friday, April 17, 2026, during the designated pickup hours.
750 Location Requirement: For items located at 750 East Grand Ave, bidders must move their items out to the parking lot before the skid steer can provide loading assistance.
Skid Steer will only be available on Friday from 11 am to 5:00 pm
General Loading: Please bring your own labor, packing materials, and tools. Joe Ollis Auction staff may not be available to assist with manual heavy lifting.
As-Is: All items are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties expressed or implied.
