Parking & Pickup Logistics
Please review the following information regarding parking and building access for the upcoming equipment pickup.
Check-In Location
Upon arrival, all winning bidders must first report to the Check-In Station located at the Front Entrance (Main Street).
Where to Park
Main Street (Front): Parallel parking is available directly in front of the building. Please be aware that because we are located downtown among other active businesses, street parking is limited and often full.
Rear Alleyway Lot: A parking lot is located in the back alleyway. This is the most direct route for loading and is generally more accessible for larger vehicles and trailers.
Overflow Parking: If the alleyway is full and street parking is unavailable, an additional public lot is located just one block down the road.
Loading Access & Door Dimensions
To help you choose the best parking spot for your vehicle, please note our two entry points:
Front Entrance (Main St): Access via a 35″ wide door. Best for small wares and items that can be hand-carried.
Rear Entrance (Alleyway): Access via a 46″ wide door. This entrance consists of steps with a partial fold-down ramp. Recommended for all large kitchen equipment and appliances.
Important Note
While loading, please be mindful of our neighboring businesses and ensure you are not blocking active driveways or through-traffic in the alleyway.
