Released in 1985, the Minolta Maxxum 7000 is an iconic piece of photographic history, famous for being the world’s first successful autofocus SLR. This camera comes equipped with the upgraded Minolta Data Back 70 door, allowing you to imprint dates or times onto your film frames.

Tested & Functioning: The camera has been basic-power tested. The autofocus engages and focuses successfully, and the shutter clicks cleanly when depressing the fire button.
Please note: The camera has not been fully track-tested with a fresh roll of developed film to verify exact exposure accuracy or light seals.
🔍 Cosmetic Notes
Camera Body: Showing cosmetic wear typical of an active vintage camera. The rubberized handgrip material shows minor wear (visible in pictures). The lens mount contacts and mirror box interior appear clean.
Lens: Visually clean external barrel with smooth rubber grip ribbing. The rear metallic mount pins are in great condition. Glass appears free of any scratches.
