IMPORTANT AUCTION TERMS & PICKUP INFORMATION
Please read all terms carefully before bidding. By placing a bid, you agree to the following conditions:
Item Condition & Testing: All items in this auction are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Auction staff has not tested the working functions or physical condition of any items.
Removal & Loading: All equipment is located in a warehouse and has been disconnected, making it ready to move. Buyer is 100% responsible for all moving, lifting, and loading.
Limited Staff Notice: Auction staff is strictly limited and will not be available to assist with moving, lifting, or loading your items. You must bring the proper help, tools, and equipment necessary to safely remove your purchases.
Strict 1-Day Pickup: This is a firm one-day-only pickup event. We are completely unable to transport or bring any items back to our Anna location. Any items left behind after the pickup window will be considered abandoned.
Our Flexibility Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances happen, such as emergencies or vehicle breakdowns. We are more than willing to work with our customers if a situation arises, but communication is key. Please contact us immediately if you encounter an issue.
Shipping Requests: If you require shipping, you must contact auction staff to make arrangements as soon as possible. Do not wait until the conclusion of the pickup window.
