WWI German Model 1898 Bayonet by C.G. Haenel Suhl. Most likely a Mauser M1898 Quillback model. Scabbard markings indicate “B.4.R.9.64 possibly a Bavarian regiment. Markings on the guard are “4.R.2.184” and do not match the scabbard. Leather scabbard shows evidence of having been folded and creased at some point. Ferrule does have dents in it.
