WWII German Army (HEER) Artillery Enlisted Visor / Hat. Hat has clear diamond shaped label sewn in that is mostly complete. Text reads “Hochstle[istung]” and “Deutscher ARBIET” which translated is “Highest Performance” . and German WORK”. Chinstrap is broken from cap but is included. Visor show signs of wear from previously attached chin strap. Sweatband has pattern of vent holes in the front. Evidence of moth damage inside top of cap. One pinhead size hole through the top of the hat.
