Farm #1: 80 +/- acres located ½ mile south of Fairmont & ¼ mile east (Fox Dr.). According to the Garfield County F.S.A. there are 58.6 acres of cropland with a full wheat base and a 33 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the land is in good grass pasture, a pond and scattered timber providing good grazing and shelter for livestock. Principle soil types of the cultivated land is mostly Kirkland-Renfrow complex, Class III; with a smaller amount of Masham Clay, Class VI. Farm #2: 80 +/- acres located 1 1/2 mile south of Fairmont, & 1 1/2 miles west on Wheat Capital Rd. According to the Garfield County F.S.A. there are 53.2 acres of cropland with a 51.9 acre wheat base and a 33 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the land is in good grass pasture, creek, scattered trees & 2 ponds. Principle soil types of the cultivated land are Kirkland-Renfrow complex, Class III & Masham Clay, Class VI.
