TERMS:  A 5% deposit will be required at time of auction.  The balance will be due and payable at closing within 45 days.  The sale is not subject to financing, so please visit your lender prior to bidding.  The property is selling on an “as-is” basis and subject to seller’s approval.  EACH POTENTIAL BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING HIS/HER OWN  INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS, INVESTIGATIONS, INQUIRES, AND DUE DILIGENCE CONCERNING THE PROPERTY.
