The first hour of each day will consist of quality, un-cataloged items, with the online cataloged items beginning at 11:00 AM each day.  All items are sold “as-is, with no guarantee.”  No furniture will be shipped:  online or absentee bidders must make their own shipping arrangements (including palletizing) or take delivery of the furniture items at the auction house.  Other items shipped to online and absentee bidders will be packed and shipped by Handle With Care packaging store and actual fees will be charged to purchaser. ONSITE TERMS: Cash, check or debit/credit card on day of auction.  Sales are subject to a 7% sales tax.  A 3% buyer’s premium will be charged, with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check.  A 13% buyer’s premium, shipping and handling will be applicable for out-of-area telephone and absentee bids.
