Parcel 1 Lot 2  is part of a 928 acre ranch Northwest of Butte, Montana.  It was purchased and set up as a cattle ranch in 1869. (Butte was the ‘boomtown’ of the state during this era due to the huge mines in the area.)  The original homestead house and several outbuildings from that era are still standing, some (a small barn, a chicken coop/barn and a garage) are still being used today!  A second house on the property is still standing, but has not been used for quite some time.  There are 12 natural springs on the property; over the years a couple of them have been improved for great livestock water access.

Approximately 4 miles West of Butte take exit 122 at Rocker on I-15 / I-90 turn North and turn right at the Flying J gas station toward Browns Gulch Road. Travel 4 miles to the end of the pavement and proceed on gravel road 1/10th mile and turn left at the “Y” on Browns Gulch Road. Continue on Browns Gulch Road 2 ½ miles and turn Left at the “Y” on Meadow Gulch Road. Auction property is less tan 2/10’s mile at 200 Meadow Gulch Road. Watch for Auction signs on both sides of the road.
